Television heartthrob and Bigg Boss 18 fame Avinash Mishra has finally broken his silence on the intense speculation surrounding his relationship status. Rumours about his apparent engagement to his former reality show co-contestant Eisha Singh had been circulating online, leaving fans quite curious.
Shutting down the gossip mills once and for all, Avinash clarified that he is absolutely single and that his focus remains entirely on his career.
The dating rumours initially sparked during their stint on Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 18 back in 2024, where their tight-knit bond and natural camaraderie won over viewers. Although the duo constantly maintained they were just close friends, a series of traditional, wedding-themed photos shared on their social media handles earlier this year led many fans to believe that a real-life Roka ceremony had taken place.
Addressing the viral photos, Avinash revealed that the pictures were strictly professional. He explained that they were captured during promotional shoots for a joint music video project, which featured a wedding theme complete with mehendi, sangeet, and pheras. He added that being spotted with friends shouldn’t lead to romantic assumptions, stating clearly that he is single and that only his mother will ultimately decide who he marries.
Echoing similar sentiments, Eisha Singh also dismissed the marriage talk in a recent interaction, clarifying that she is focused on her professional journey. Post Bigg Boss 18, the two have maintained a strong friendship and delivered multiple hit music video collaborations, including Heeriye, Barsaat Ho Rahi, and Kala Sha Kala, keeping their on-screen chemistry alive for their massive fanbase.
On the work front, Avinash is currently in Cape Town pushing his limits for Rohit Shetty’s stunt-based reality show, Khatron Ke Khiladi 15.
