May 22, 2025: Pop icon Britney Spears caused concern among flight attendants during a recent private jet flight from Cabo San Lucas, Mexico to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). According to a report by TMZ, the singer began drinking mid-flight and then lit a cigarette, an action that is strictly prohibited onboard aircraft.
Sources close to the situation revealed that Spears was traveling with her security team when the incident occurred. Flight attendants reportedly urged her to extinguish the cigarette immediately, which she did. However, the matter did not go unnoticed.
Upon landing at LAX, authorities met the aircraft and issued a formal warning to Spears regarding her conduct. No charges were filed, and she was allowed to leave following the warning. The private jet company involved has not released an official statement.
