The “I Luv It” singer took to TikTok with a tongue-in-cheek post that gently roasted Perry’s recent Blue Origin space flight reveal of her Lifetimes Tour setlist.
“Didn’t have the budget to fly to space to promote my tour dates, so I made this TikTok instead,” Cabello joked in the video, holding up a hand-made poster of her tour schedule. The post was soundtracked by Perry’s hit song “E.T.” and cheekily tagged the pop icon with a playful message: “hehehe ily.”
The light-hearted moment comes as Cabello gears up for her first tour in over seven years. The Yours, C Tour kicks off on June 21 at the Starlite Occident Festival in Spain and will span Europe, Asia, Australia, and South America. The tour supports her fourth studio album C, XOXO, which features the singles “I Luv It,” “He Knows,” and “Hot Uptown.”
Meanwhile, Perry recently made headlines not just for her tour announcement but for her literal lift-off into space. Earlier this month, she boarded a Blue Origin spaceflight alongside Jeff Bezos’ fiancée Lauren Sanchez, Gayle King, civil rights activist Amanda Nguyen, NASA rocket scientist Aisha Bowe, and film producer Kerianne Flynn. The crew reached the Karman line—62 miles above Earth—and spent about four minutes in space. Upon landing, Perry and King were seen kissing the ground in relief and gratitude.
