Cara Delevingne Breaks Silence on Amber Heard Relationship
Model and actor Cara Delevingne has spoken publicly about her past relationship with Amber Heard, addressing rumours that have surrounded them for years.
During an appearance on The Louis Theroux Podcast, Delevingne reflected on her friendship with Heard and revealed that they later became romantically involved. She also claimed that Johnny Depp became “driven out of control by jealousy” over the idea that something was happening between them while his marriage to Heard was still intact.
However, Delevingne clarified that nothing romantic was taking place during that period.
How the Rumours Began
Delevingne explained that she first became close to Amber Heard while they were working on the 2013 film London Fields. Johnny Depp was also connected to the project at the time.
Podcast host Louis Theroux asked Delevingne about reports suggesting Depp was deeply jealous of her friendship with Heard.
Responding to the question, she said:
“It’s because we did a movie together, and it was called London Fields. He was also doing the movie. I think he was pretty driven crazy by jealousy. Nothing was happening at that point. Later, after they divorced, it had, I suppose.”
Her comments suggest that while Depp may have believed there was a relationship, she insists nothing romantic happened until after the divorce.
Delevingne Says They Became ‘Entangled’ After the Divorce
Cara Delevingne admitted that she and Amber Heard later became romantically involved following Heard’s split from Johnny Depp.
She described their relationship by saying they became “entangled” during that stage of Heard’s life.
According to Delevingne, she and Heard remained very close for a long time.
“We were entangled. But she was also entangled with other people.”
She also confirmed that billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk was involved with Heard during the same period.
Elon Musk Previously Denied Affair Allegations
Rumours surrounding Heard, Delevingne and Elon Musk intensified in 2016 after the trio were reportedly seen spending time together following Heard’s divorce.
During the highly publicised defamation trial between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, Depp’s legal team referred to allegations claiming Musk, Heard, and Delevingne had been involved in a three-way affair.
Elon Musk has consistently denied those claims.
In a previous statement, Musk said:
“Cara and I are friends, but we’ve never been intimate.”
He also maintained that his relationship with Amber Heard only began about a month after she filed for divorce from Depp.
Musk further stated that he was never involved with Heard while she was still married.
Musk Called for Everyone to Move On
Apart from denying the allegations, Elon Musk encouraged everyone involved in the legal battle to put the past behind them.
He said it was time for all parties to move forward instead of continuing the public dispute.
