The final trailer of He-Man and The Masters of the Universe has officially been released, bringing the legendary hero of Eternia back to the big screen in a live-action adaptation packed with action, nostalgia and fantasy spectacle. Directed by Travis Knight, the film is set to release in theatres on June 5, 2026.

The trailer introduces Nicholas Galitzine as Prince Adam, who returns to Eternia after 15 years away from home. Armed with the mystical Sword of Power, Adam must embrace his destiny as He-Man to protect his kingdom from the evil Skeletor, played by Jared Leto.

The film promises a visually grand sci-fi fantasy adventure featuring intense battles, emotional moments and classic references that longtime fans of the franchise will recognise. Camila Mendes stars as Teela, while Idris Elba appears as Duncan, also known as Man-At-Arms. Alison Brie also plays a key role in the movie.

The story follows Eternia as it falls under the control of Skeletor, forcing Prince Adam to reunite with his allies and fight to save the kingdom from destruction. The trailer also revives the franchise’s iconic energy and the famous “I Have The Power!” spirit that made He-Man a global pop culture phenomenon.

Sony Pictures Releasing International will release the film in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam. The movie is also scheduled for an IMAX and premium large-format release worldwide.
