The drama inside Lock Upp 2 may soon intensify, with reports claiming that actress Hina Khan is set to make a special appearance on the reality show. While she is not expected to enter as a contestant, a new report suggests her visit could lead to a fiery confrontation with wildcard contestant Shilpa Shinde, reigniting their long-standing feud.
According to an India Forums report, Hina Khan will reportedly enter the Lock Upp 2 house alongside social media personality Uorfi Javed as a special guest. A source quoted by the portal claimed that Hina and Shilpa had a major clash during the shoot. However, the makers of the show have not officially confirmed the development, leaving fans waiting for upcoming episodes and promos to see whether the reported showdown actually takes place.
The tension between Hina Khan and Shilpa Shinde dates back to their Bigg Boss 11 journey, where the two frequently locked horns. Their rivalry resurfaced earlier this year after Shilpa admitted in an interview that she had filed a false sexual harassment complaint against Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai producer Sanjay Kohli during a legal dispute.
Reacting to the admission, Hina strongly criticised Shilpa, calling the confession “absolutely shameful.” She said such statements undermine genuine survivors of sexual harassment and described Sanjay Kohli as the “real victim.” Hina also questioned why Kohli later chose to work with Shilpa again, remarking that “the joke is on us.”
The controversy escalated further after Shilpa allegedly took an indirect dig at Hina in a social media video, which many believed referenced Hina’s cancer battle and personal loss. Hina later shared a cryptic post that read, “Release all the criminals who have confessed their crimes after committing them because they have courage,” a statement widely interpreted as a response to Shilpa’s remarks.
Meanwhile, Lock Upp 2 has already witnessed several dramatic eliminations and wildcard entries. Contestants including Shresta Iyer, Sunita Ahuja, Riyaz Aly, Madhuri Jain Grover and Yogesh Rawat have exited the competition, while Shilpa Shinde has emerged as one of the most controversial wildcard contestants. Reports also suggest that content creator Apoorva Mukhija, popularly known as The Rebel Kid, could soon enter the show as the next wildcard participant.
