The outburst came just a day after TMZ reported that Offset is seeking spousal support in their ongoing divorce proceedings.
In a candid and emotional X Space session (formerly Twitter Spaces), Cardi B alleged that she’s been solely responsible for their kids’ tuition, classes, and daily needs, adding that Offset hasn’t “paid a dime.”
“You were never like this. I don’t know what has happened in the past six-seven months. Are you on drugs?” she asked during the livestream. “You need mental health help.”
Offset Seeks Spousal Support and Joint Custody
According to reports, Offset filed an amended divorce response in May 2025, requesting joint custody of their children and asking that Cardi B’s residence be listed as their primary address. He is also seeking financial support from Cardi.
The divorce filing came in August 2024, ending a seven-year marriage between the two music superstars. Despite the separation, Cardi B emphasized that she allows Offset to spend time with their kids, stating, “they love you.”
