Kanye West and his former personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, are reportedly close to resolving their long-running legal dispute.
According to new court documents obtained by media, both sides attended mediation on June 4 and reached an agreement in principle to settle the case. The court has since removed the next hearing from its calendar, giving both parties time to finalise the settlement.
The terms of the proposed agreement have not been made public.
A lawsuit was filed in 2024

Lauren Pisciotta first sued Kanye West, who is also known as Ye, in June 2024.
Her original lawsuit accused the rapper of wrongful termination and sexual harassment. Later, she filed an amended complaint that added several more serious allegations, including sexual battery and sex trafficking.
West has denied all allegations made against him.
Serious Allegations Made in the Amended Complaint

According to court filings cited by media, Pisciotta alleged that West sent her sexually explicit text messages and videos before terminating her employment.
One of the messages included in the complaint allegedly contained graphic sexual language.
She also claimed that while they were staying at a hotel, West allegedly masturbated, touched her without consent and later fell asleep during the encounter.
In another allegation, Pisciotta claimed she was drugged during a studio session that she said was co-hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Additionally, the amended complaint alleged that West made false promises about helping advance her career in an effort to pressure her into complying with his sexual demands.
Pisciotta further accused the rapper of sexually assaulting her without her consent.
Wide Range of Legal Claims
The lawsuit included several civil claims, such as:
- Sexual harassment
- Wrongful termination
- Sexual battery
- Sex trafficking
- Assault and battery
- Gender discrimination
- Hostile work environment
- Stalking
- False imprisonment
- Retaliation
- Failure to prevent harassment
- Intentional infliction of emotional distress
- Promissory estoppel
West has consistently denied all accusations throughout the legal proceedings.
Settlement Talks Progress
According to TMZ, both legal teams met during mediation earlier this month and agreed in principle to settle the dispute.
As a result, the court removed the upcoming hearing date to allow time for both sides to complete the settlement process.
However, neither party has publicly commented on the reported agreement, and the financial or legal terms of the proposed settlement remain confidential.
Additional Allegations Surface
Separately, former America’s Next Top Model contestant Jennifer An recently told the media that Kanye West sexually assaulted her during an audition for one of his music videos in 2010.
According to her account, the alleged incident occurred while she was auditioning for a music video featuring West and La Roux.
West has not publicly responded to those allegations.
