On Saturday, Ranveer took to his Instagram Stories to express his admiration for Deepika, accompanied by a melting emoji. The pictures showed Deepika looking stunning at the launch of the “Kalki 2898 AD” trailer, where she dazzled in a black dress with her hair elegantly styled in a ponytail. Ranveer added the song “Deepika” to his story, gushing over her radiant appearance.
Among the images, Ranveer included the first picture of Deepika’s baby bump, a photo she had shared earlier in the week. On Wednesday, Deepika had posted a series of blurry, monochrome pictures showcasing her in a form-fitting dress with a back slit, high heels, and jewelry. One of the pictures captured her holding her bump, her hair in a messy ponytail, and laughing joyfully. She captioned the photos, “Okay enough…Now I’m hungry!”
The couple announced their pregnancy in March and are expecting their baby in September. Their joyous updates have been warmly received by fans and the media.
On the professional front, Deepika Padukone will next be seen in “Kalki 2898 AD,” directed by Nag Ashwin. The film, inspired by Hindu scriptures and set in the year 2898 AD, has become one of the most talked-about productions of 2024 and is slated for release on June 27.
Ranveer Singh, meanwhile, is gearing up for his role in Farhan Akhtar’s “Don 3,” set to release in the coming months.
