Saif Ali Khan Confirms Ibrahim, Sara Ali Khan’s Cameos in Aryan Khan’s ‘Ba**ds of Bollywood’

May 9, 2025: Aryan Khan, the son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, is all set to make his much-anticipated directorial debut with the series Ba**ds of Bollywood*, which will be streaming on Netflix. The project has generated significant buzz since its announcement in February 2025, and now, new details about the series are starting to emerge.

While much of the show’s plot remains under wraps, Saif Ali Khan recently revealed that his children, Ibrahim Ali Khan and Sara Ali Khan, will make cameo appearances in the series. Saif, who was speaking at the Wave Summit 2025, shared that he had already seen a glimpse of the show and praised it for its fantastic visuals. “My kids have done a little appearance in it,” he added, piquing the curiosity of fans.

The show’s premise, according to Netflix, revolves around “an ambitious outsider and his friends who navigate the chaotic, larger-than-life, yet uncertain world of Bollywood in this high-stakes drama.” The series promises a glimpse into the glitz, glamour, and underlying challenges of the Bollywood industry, a setting that has intrigued both fans and critics alike.

In a recent appearance at the Wave Summit 2025, Netflix CEO Ted Sarandos also expressed his excitement about the show. “We have a show called Ba**ds of Bollywood* coming up. That is really fun. I’ve got four episodes in, and it’s fantastic. I’ll leave the audience to figure out the title completely,” Sarandos said, teasing fans with his enthusiasm about the series.

Shah Rukh Khan, who has been closely involved with the project, hinted at the presence of several Bollywood celebrities in the show during its initial announcement in February. While he refrained from revealing the names of the stars, SRK did mention that Aryan had asked him not to disclose too much about the series at this stage. “They’ve decided to show only me. I was made to shoot (the title reveal video) by Gauri and Aryan,” he said, acknowledging the contribution of his colleagues, adding that the episodes were both funny and entertaining.

Ba**ds of Bollywood* is expected to be a star-studded drama that delves into the competitive and dramatic world of Bollywood. With Aryan Khan behind the camera, and his family making cameo appearances, this series is set to attract a lot of attention when it premieres on Netflix.
