Selena wore a translucent dress with mesh accents and a black and burgundy flower design. For glam, she went for a statement diamond choker necklace and a dewy makeup look.

Martin Short, her co-star, is nominated for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series, while her smash show “Only Murders in the Building” is nominated for Outstanding Comedy Series and Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series. ‘Only Murders in the Building’, according to US media site Deadline, centers on three strangers—Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez—who all have an obsession with true crime and who find themselves unexpectedly involved in one. The group uses their in-depth understanding of real crime to solve a murder they suspect is committed within their upscale Upper West Side apartment building.


The three discover the many mysteries of the building that date back many years as they produce a podcast of their own to chronicle the case. The lies they tell each other are possibly even more combustible. Soon, the vulnerable three comes to comprehend that a killer might be living amongst them as they rush to decipher the increasing clues before it’s too late, said Deadline. Selena, who plays Mabel Mora in the Hulu series that has received four nominations this year, also serves as the show’s executive producer. The musical biopic is presently in pre-production, according to US media site Variety. Producers include manager John Boylan and James Keach, who produced the 2019 documentary “Linda Ronstadt: The Sound of My Voice.” Earlier this week, Gomez hinted to her role in the biopic by sharing a photo of Ronstadt’s 2013 memoir “Simple Dreams” on her Instagram account. There are no further casting announcements.
