The drama of MTV Splitsvilla 16 (Splitsvilla X6) has spilled off-screen as contestant Diksha Pawar reportedly received a legal notice from the show’s makers. The notice was sent after Diksha allegedly leaked major spoilers on social media, including the names of the Top 4 finalists and claims that performance took a backseat to a voting system in the finale.

Far from being intimidated, Diksha took to her Snapchat story on May 11–13, 2026, to launch a scathing attack against the channel and the production house.

Allegations of Body Shaming and Harassment

Diksha revealed that her decision to speak out stems from the “mental harassment” she faced during and after her stint on the show.

  • The “Horse” Comment: Diksha alleged that a member of the MTV team made a derogatory remark, comparing her appearance to that of a horse.
  • Contestant Conduct: She further claimed that body shaming was a common occurrence, not just from the makers but also from fellow participants, which the channel allegedly did nothing to curb.
  • Personal Property: In earlier videos, she also accused contestants Akanksha and Suzzane of damaging her makeup and medicines—incidents she claims were intentionally edited out of the final broadcast.

“TRP Over Humanity”

One of Diksha’s most serious allegations concerns the safety of the participants. She questioned whether the channel would prioritize a contestant’s life over ratings in an emergency.

  • Biased Editing: Diksha stated that her positive moments and actual physical struggles (including being choked during a fight with Akanksha) were cut to portray her in a negative light.
  • The Voting Controversy: She slammed the finale’s structure, questioning why the winner is reportedly decided by votes rather than the final task’s performance. “Why are you using votes to decide the finale? Do you really think the audience is foolish?” she asked her followers.

The Legal Battle and Social Media Reaction

Despite receiving a formal legal notice for violating her non-disclosure agreement (NDA), Diksha remains defiant.

“Makers think I will get scared if they send a notice. I was a person who used to keep quiet, but not anymore. — Diksha Pawar via Snapchat

She also accused the team of trying to take down her Instagram page by issuing multiple strikes. Meanwhile, the audience remains divided. While some have dubbed her the “Expose Queen” for pulling back the curtain on reality TV “scripts,” others are frustrated that she has ruined the suspense for the grand finale.

Current Status: As of May 13, 2026, neither MTV India nor the producers of Splitsvilla 16 have issued an official response to these specific allegations.
