The Story So Far: Fallout from Episode 5
Last week’s episode provided a chilling look at the indoctrination of the “Democratic Church of America.” We saw Firecracker (Valorie Curry) struggle with her evangelical roots before ultimately choosing Homelander over her former pastor only for Homelander to reward her loyalty with a brutal execution. Meanwhile, Butcher (Karl Urban) and a resurrected Soldier Boy (Jensen Ackles) are on a collision course as they hunt for the mysterious superhero Bombsight, who is rumored to hold the last remaining samples of the V-One serum.

What to Expect in Episode 6
Clocking in at 1 hour and 1 minute, Episode 6 is expected to finally introduce Bombsight, a hero from Soldier Boy’s original era. With Sister Sage (Susan Heyward) pulling the strings behind the scenes and Starlight (Erin Moriarty) having abandoned Hughie (Jack Quaid) out of fear for his safety, the team is more fractured than ever. As the series moves toward its May 20 finale, fans are bracing for a high-casualty showdown that promises to redefine the “superhero” genre one last time.
