The viral clip shows two men dancing while repeatedly pulling the frightened calf into the centre of a brightly lit dance floor amid loud music and flashing lights. In the video, one of the men is seen lifting the visibly distressed animal and forcing it to remain on the dance floor despite its repeated attempts to escape. The calf appears to stumble and fall multiple times while trying to break free, further intensifying concerns over its treatment.
Animal welfare organisation Street Dogs of Bombay shared the video on Instagram and urged the Punjab Police and other concerned authorities to investigate the matter. In its post, the organisation called for immediate legal action against those allegedly involved, stating that animals should never be treated as props for entertainment and stressing the need for accountability to prevent similar incidents in the future.
