Air India Express has resumed services to all its West Asia destinations after suspending operations during the US-Iran conflict.

July 2, 2026: Air India Express on Thursday announced the restoration of flight services to all its West Asia destinations that had been temporarily suspended due to the drone and missile exchanges during the US-Iran conflict. The airline said operations are being resumed as the regional security situation has improved.

According to the airline, flights on the Kozhikode–Salalah route resumed on July 2. Services between Kozhikode and Kuwait will restart on July 3, while flights connecting Bengaluru and Kuwait are scheduled to resume from July 4.

The resumption of these routes is expected to provide relief to passengers travelling between India and West Asia, particularly expatriates and business travellers who were affected by the temporary suspension of services during the regional conflict.
