Cause of Death

Initial investigations suggest that the children were either poisoned or smothered before the parents died by hanging. The exact cause of death will be confirmed after the autopsy reports are released.

Underlying Struggles

The couple was reportedly battling severe emotional and financial stress. Anupriya, their 5-year-old daughter, was a child with special needs, and her health condition added to the couple’s emotional strain. In addition, the financial losses and Anup’s unemployment had exacerbated their mental health struggles.

Family Dynamics and Employment

The family had employed three individuals, including two cooks and a caregiver for their children, each earning ₹15,000 per month. This financial commitment likely added to their mounting stress.

Investigation Underway

No suicide note has been recovered so far, and the police have registered a case to investigate further. Authorities are also looking into the family’s financial records and communication history to gain more insight into the circumstances that led to the tragedy.

This heartbreaking incident highlights the severe consequences of unchecked financial stress and mental health struggles within families. Police are urging people facing similar issues to seek help from mental health professionals or local authorities.
