Filed by advocate Vishal Tiwari, the plea demands registration of an FIR against the police personnel involved and calls for the investigation to be conducted under the supervision of a retired Supreme Court judge.
According to the petition, the circumstances surrounding the encounter raise serious concerns about the legality and transparency of the police action.
