📈 Key Highlights and Expectations

  • Pass Percentage Trend: Experts are watching closely to see if the 2026 batch can surpass last year’s pass percentage of 88.39%.
  • JEE Mains Context: With Aditya Gupta (AIR 1) topping the JEE Mains Session 2, many engineering aspirants are now waiting for their board scores to fulfill eligibility criteria for JoSAA counseling.
  • Post-Result Options: CBSE will provide windows for verification of marks, re-evaluation, and compartment exams for those looking to improve their scores or clear subjects.

🛡️ No Merit List Policy

Following its recent practice to minimize unhealthy competition and student stress, CBSE is unlikely to release an official “Toppers List” or merit list with ranks, though it will highlight regional performances and pass statistics.
