The spread included Bihar’s famous Silao Khaja, Gaya anarsa, Mithila makhana, and Hajipur Malbhog bananas, highlighting the rich culinary traditions of the region.
Officials said the menu showcased GI-tagged products such as Mithila makhana and Silao Khaja from Bihar, known for their nutritional value and traditional preparation methods. These delicacies reflect the agricultural heritage and skilled craftsmanship of local communities across the state.
The meal also featured Maharashtra’s Ratnagiri Alphonso mangoes and millet-based healthy snacks, emphasizing India’s diverse food heritage. The inclusion of climate-resilient millets further highlighted India’s focus on sustainable agriculture and nutritional food systems.
