June 15, 2026: An unexpected incident disrupted a protest in Jaipur on Monday when a youth allegedly slapped Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke during a demonstration. The incident was captured on camera and quickly went viral across social media platforms. According to videos circulating online, the youth approached Dipke during the protest, pulled him and slapped him, briefly interrupting the gathering.

Police personnel deployed at the venue immediately intervened and detained the accused. Authorities have launched an inquiry into the incident, although the motive behind the attack remains unclear. The episode generated significant discussion online, drawing attention away from the protest’s original agenda.

Dipke was in Jaipur as part of his nationwide campaign against examination paper leaks and had been demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. He arrived in Jaipur on Sunday evening to review preparations for the protest. While the administration initially denied permission for the demonstration, conditional approval was later granted. Authorities limited attendance to 800 people and deployed extensive security arrangements, warning that action would be taken if the crowd exceeded the permitted number.
