May 14, 2025 : Emmy-winning actor Eugene Levy, best known for his role as Johnny Rose in the hit sitcom Schitt’s Creek, is currently in India and recently paid a visit to an IPL training session of the Rajasthan Royals.
In a video shared by the franchise on Tuesday, Levy is seen meeting cricket legend and Royals’ head coach Rahul Dravid, who warmly welcomed the actor and presented him with a personalised Rajasthan Royals jersey featuring his name on the back.
“Now that you’re a Rajasthan Royals fan, we’ve got a special t-shirt for you,” Dravid told Levy in the video. The Royals captioned the video, “Schitt just got real! Eugene Levy is a Royal.”
The unexpected crossover thrilled Indian fans. Comments poured in across social media with users exclaiming:
