Kapil Dinkar has emerged as one of the biggest highlights of Samay Raina's India's Got Latent Season 2 after winning the second episode with his entertaining mix of singing, humour and witty conversations. A serving constable with the Uttar Pradesh Police, Kapil impressed both the judges and the audience, eventually taking home a total prize of Rs 1.5 lakh.
