Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate India's first greenfield integrated refinery-cum-petrochemical complex at Pachpadra in Rajasthan's Balotra district on Saturday. Developed by HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL) at an investment of ₹79,459 crore, the project is a joint venture between HPCL and the Rajasthan government.
