Addressing the ongoing debate surrounding his recent marriage to Gauri Spratt, the actor clarified that none of his partners converted to Islam and that all of his marriages were civil unions based on mutual respect and personal choice.
Actor Urmila Matondkar, one of Bollywood's biggest stars of the 1990s and early 2000s, made headlines in 2016 when she married Kashmiri businessman and former model Mohsin Akhtar Mir in a private ceremony attended by close family and friends.
