A 49-year-old gold trader, Bikash Das, was allegedly murdered inside his jewellery shop in Arangghata under the Dhantala police station area of West Bengal's Nadia district. According to his family, he was attacked with a sharp weapon, sustaining multiple head injuries before acid was allegedly poured on his body.
