A 17-year-old student, Sarthak Sidhant, appeared before a Parliamentary Standing Committee on Tuesday to present allegations of irregularities in the Central Board of Secondary Education's (CBSE) On-Screen Marking (OSM) system.
Raghav Chadha has been appointed as the new chairman of the Committee on Petitions of the Rajya Sabha after the parliamentary panel was reconstituted. The appointment was announced through a notification issued by the Rajya Sabha Secretariat.
