Abhishek Banerjee on Sunday thanked Rahul Gandhi for extending support after he was allegedly attacked during a visit to Sonarpur in West Bengal. Banerjee sustained minor injuries after stones and eggs were reportedly thrown at him while he was meeting families affected by alleged post-poll violence.
