The head of the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA), Penpa Tsering, has strongly criticized China's stance on the succession of the Dalai Lama, asserting that Beijing has no right to determine the next spiritual leader of Tibetan Buddhism.
Penpa Tsering on Wednesday reaffirmed his commitment to the “Middle Way Policy” proposed by Dalai Lama as he took oath after being re-elected as the head of the Tibetan government-in-exile in Dharamshala.
