Forty-six insurgents belonging to the banned Kangleipak Communist Party (People's War Group) (KCP-PWG) surrendered before the Manipur government on Tuesday under the Centre's Revised Scheme for Surrender-cum-Rehabilitation of Militants in the North Eastern States, 2018. The "Home Coming Ceremony," organised by the Manipur Home Department at the Assam Rifles headquarters in Mantripukhri, Imphal West, was attended by Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh.
