Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan are set to reunite for an untitled comedy entertainer directed by Anees Bazmee. The upcoming film is scheduled to hit theatres on December 4.
Described as a “big-screen family entertainer,” the project is being produced by Shirish Reddy and Kuldeep Rathore in collaboration with Cape of Good Films and Sri Venkateswara Creations.
The film also stars Raashii Khanna along with Vijay Raaz and Sudesh Lehri in pivotal roles. The makers recently completed the Kerala shooting schedule.
This marks another collaboration between Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan after successful films like Bhool Bhulaiyaa, Heyy Babyy and Mission Mangal.
On the work front, Akshay was last seen in Bhooth Bangla and will next appear in Haiwaan alongside Saif Ali Khan.
Vidya Balan was recently seen in Raja Shivaji directed by Riteish Deshmukh, which released on May 1.
