Renowned Indian television producer and prominent fashion entrepreneur Shafeeq ur Rahman Announces Hollywood Film. Rahman, the creative force behind massive domestic television hits like Savdhaan India, Crime Patrol, and Nazar, officially announced his foray into international cinema on Monday.

Taking to Instagram, the producer revealed that his maiden Hollywood venture, titled The Empty Address, is officially underway, sparking immense excitement across the Indian entertainment and fashion industries.

Billed as a genre-bending feature that seamlessly rolls comedy, intense suspense, and a love story into one, The Empty Address is being bankrolled under Rahman’s premier banner, The Star Life Hyderabad. The cross-border project is designed as a multilingual film slated for release in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Direction duties have been handed to Sagar Doshi, acclaimed for his narrative and production work on the BAFTA-nominated cinematic game As Dusk Falls. According to Rahman, the cross-continental production is scheduled to be filmed across various locations in both the United States and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Hailing from one of Hyderabad’s most influential families—his late father Mohammed Khaleelur Rahman served as a Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha, and his wife belongs to the Royal Nizam family Shafeeq ur Rahman is no stranger to managing massive platforms.

Beyond his television footprint, which began in 2015 and expanded into mainstream crime thrillers, he has successfully curated over 200 high-profile global fashion and lifestyle events. Reflecting on his transition to international cinema, Rahman stated that stepping into Hollywood is “both a dream and a responsibility,” adding that the project marks the thrilling beginning of a journey bridging the creative talent of Hyderabad to the global stage.
