Users attempting to access his profile are reportedly greeted with the message, “Sorry, this page isn’t available.” The development has intensified online chatter surrounding the couple’s relationship status.
Amid the speculation, actress Disha Patani, who is known to be one of Mouni’s closest friends, also reportedly unfollowed Suraj on Instagram before his account disappeared. The trio had frequently been spotted vacationing and attending social gatherings together.
Several social media users also noticed that Suraj had allegedly removed or archived multiple wedding pictures featuring Mouni, prompting fans to flood comment sections with questions about their relationship. Many urged the couple to resolve any issues and stay together.
Mouni and Suraj tied the knot in an intimate Goa ceremony on January 27, 2022, following both Malayali and Bengali wedding traditions.
On the work front, Mouni will next be seen in The Wives directed by Madhur Bhandarkar. The project also stars Sonali Kulkarni, Regina Cassandra and Rahul Bhatt.
