To portray a fierce Maratha ruler on screen, the actor reportedly gained nearly 25 kilograms through a combination of intense training and strict nutrition.

According to reports, Vicky’s workouts included heavy compound lifts such as squats, deadlifts and bench presses. His training also featured battle ropes, tyre flips, sledge pushes, HIIT sessions and mobility drills designed to improve stamina and reduce the risk of injury.

Strict Diet Plan For The Transformation

Under the guidance of Akshay Arora from the Neat Meals Company, Vicky followed a strict high-protein vegetarian diet during the transformation phase.

The actor reportedly started his day as early as 4 AM and began training by 6 AM, consuming only black coffee before workouts.

His meals included foods like soya chunks, paneer and plant-based protein sources. Beetroot tikkis and sweet potatoes were added to provide energy and maintain balanced nutrition.
