The Bar Council of India (BCI) has officially declared the All India Bar Examination (AIBE 21/XXI) Result 2026 on July 18, 2026. Candidates who appeared for the examination can now check their results by visiting the official website allindiabarexamination.com.

According to the BCI, the overall pass percentage for AIBE 21 stands at 65.92%. The council has also released the category-wise and gender-wise result statistics through an official notification.

Candidates can access their results by logging into the AIBE portal using their roll number and date of birth.

Those who qualify in the examination will receive the Certificate of Practice (CoP), which is mandatory for practicing law before courts and tribunals across India.

AIBE 22 Exam Date Announced

Along with the results, the Bar Council of India has announced the schedule for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE 22/XXII).

The examination will be held on November 29, 2026, while the registration process will begin on August 19, 2026.

What Happens After Qualifying for AIBE 21?

Clearing the AIBE is the final academic requirement for obtaining the Certificate of Practice (CoP). This certificate allows advocates to legally practice before courts and tribunals across the country.

According to the BCI, digital verification of the Certificate of Practice through the AIBESCOPE mobile app is expected to be completed within three to four weeks after the result declaration.

Meanwhile, the physical certificate of practice will be issued later by the respective state bar councils, usually within three to five months.

Rechecking Process and Next Attempt

The Bar Council of India will soon begin the AIBE 21 result rechecking process for candidates who wish to verify their scores.

Candidates who could not qualify for this examination do not face any penalty. Instead, they can register for AIBE 22 and appear for the examination again to secure the required qualifying marks for the Certificate of Practice.
