Saudi Arabia’s low-cost airline flyadeal has launched its first India operations with daily direct flights between Hyderabad
July 7, 2026: Saudi Arabia’s low-cost carrier flyadeal has officially entered the Indian market by launching daily non-stop flights between Hyderabad and Riyadh. The inaugural flight landed at GMR Hyderabad International Airport on Monday, marking the airline’s India debut. Operated using Airbus A320 aircraft, the new service will run seven days a week, catering to business travellers, tourists and the large Indian diaspora in Saudi Arabia.
Hyderabad Airport officials welcomed the launch, saying the new route strengthens the airport’s Middle East network and enhances connectivity for passengers travelling between India and Saudi Arabia. Airport CEO Kadhir Kadhiravan said the service would support growing trade, tourism and business opportunities while reinforcing Hyderabad’s position as an important international aviation hub. With flyadeal’s addition, the airport is now connected to 76 domestic and 24 international destinations.
Flyadeal said India is one of the world’s fastest-growing aviation markets, and the Hyderabad-Riyadh route reflects increasing travel demand between the two countries. The airline will operate daily flights, departing Riyadh at 11:20 pm and arriving in Hyderabad at 6:50 am, while the return flight will leave Hyderabad at 7:55 am and reach Riyadh at 11:05 am. The launch is also expected to provide passengers with seamless onward connectivity across Saudi Arabia through flyadeal’s domestic network.
