Reinforcing its commitment to holistic education, IBMR Group of Institutions hosted an interactive faculty dialogue and the launch of The Happiness Code by author, TEDx speaker, Wisdom Leadership & Happiness Coach, and Founder & CEO of Art Hill Imprints, Neerja Mahajan. What was scheduled as a 30-minute faculty interaction extended to nearly 90 minutes as participants engaged in thoughtful discussions on happiness, resilience, and the art of living.

The session explored the importance of emotional intelligence, mindfulness, resilience, and inner well-being in today’s fast-paced world. Through engaging stories, simple neuroscience, and spiritual wisdom, Neerja Mahajan encouraged faculty members to reflect on the importance of developing life skills alongside professional success. One of the highlights of the session was a guided meditation, which allowed faculty members to experience a sense of calm, awareness, and inner connection. The experience was appreciated by all present.

The book was unveiled by Mr. Pavan Jain, Director, IBMR Group of Institutions, in the presence of Dr. Abhay Jain, Head of Academics, and the faculty members.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Pavan Jain said:

“This book serves as a timely reminder of the importance of nurturing our mental well-being in a world increasingly filled with stress, uncertainty, and constant demands. It encourages readers to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.”

Dr. Abhay Jain added:

“At IBMR, we believe that true education empowers not only the mind but also the soul. Conversations on happiness and emotional well-being are essential for shaping responsible and balanced individuals.”

Addressing the gathering, Neerja Mahajan said:

“We spend years preparing for successful careers but very little time learning the art of living. My hope is that The Happiness Code encourages readers to build the inner tools needed to navigate life with happiness and resilience.”

The interactive session witnessed enthusiastic participation from the faculty and concluded with meaningful discussions on creating happier individuals, stronger relationships, and a more mindful approach to life.
