The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced a one-time relaxation in implementing the three-language formula under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 for the current Class 9 batch.
Devina Gahlot, daughter of BJP MLA and former Delhi minister Kailash Gahlot, has emerged as the national topper in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET)-UG 2026. A student of DPS Vasant Kunj, Devina had already impressed with her academic performance by scoring 98 per cent in the CBSE Class 12 Humanities stream examinations.
