The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams has suspended VIP Break Darshans on select dates between July and September 2026

July 9, 2026: The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has announced the cancellation of VIP Break Darshans at the Srivari Temple on several dates between July and September 2026 due to major religious festivals and temple rituals. According to the temple administration, the decision has been taken to ensure the smooth conduct of ceremonies and facilitate better crowd management during periods of heavy pilgrim turnout.

In July, VIP Break Darshans will remain suspended on July 14 for Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam, July 17 for Anivara Asthanam, July 19 for the Pedda Maryada to the Swamiji of Sri Andavan Ashramam, and July 29 for the Chaturmasya Sankalpam of the Tirumala Jeeyar Swamijis. In August, darshans will be cancelled on August 22 for Ankurarpanam of Pavitrotsavams and August 24 for Pavitra Samarpana. In September, restrictions will apply on September 8 for Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam, September 14 for Ankurarpanam, while VIP Break Darshans will remain fully suspended during the Srivari Brahmotsavams from September 15 to September 23.

TTD also clarified that VIP recommendation letters will not be accepted on the day preceding these restricted dates, except for Protocol Dignitaries. Temple authorities have advised devotees to check the announced schedule before planning their pilgrimage and cooperate with the arrangements to ensure a smooth and hassle-free darshan experience.
