The Central Government has withdrawn all sectoral restrictions on the supply of non-domestic packed LPG, restoring commercial LPG availability to pre-crisis levels following an improvement in the West Asia situation.
The 5-kg Free Trade LPG cylinder, commonly known as the “chotu cylinder”, has become more expensive from June 1. Oil marketing companies have increased the price by ₹11, taking the retail rate in Delhi to ₹821.50 per cylinder.
