The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a warning for heavy rainfall, landslides and mudslides in several parts of Himachal Pradesh as active southwest monsoon conditions continue across the state.
Heavy monsoon rainfall continued to batter the northern Himalayan region, triggering cloudbursts, flash floods and landslides across Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
