A massive fire broke out at a restaurant near the Govindpuri Flyover in Delhi’s Kalkaji area, causing panic among residents and nearby shopkeepers. According to preliminary reports, the blaze started inside the restaurant during the afternoon and spread rapidly through the structure.
The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has suspended two engineers in connection with the collapse of a four-storey commercial building near Saket Metro Station in South Delhi. Junior Engineer Aman Jain and Assistant Engineer Audesh Singh Chouhan were placed under immediate suspension for alleged failure to exercise effective supervision
