The Karnataka government has declared a half-day holiday on June 3 for employees working at Vidhana Soudha, Vikasa Soudha, and the Multi-Storeyed Building in Bengaluru ahead of Chief Minister-designate DK Shivakumar’s swearing-in ceremony.
Actor-turned-politician Vijay is set to be sworn in as the next chief minister of Tamil Nadu on Sunday after successfully proving majority support before Governor Rajendra Arlekar.
