Apple is reportedly preparing to refresh its flagship palette with the upcoming iPhone 18 Pro series.
According to a new report from Macworld, citing supply chain sources, the 2026 Pro lineup will introduce a sophisticated Dark Cherry as its signature “hero” color. This deep, wine-like red shade marks a departure from the “Cosmic Orange” featured on the previous iPhone 17 Pro, offering a more muted and premium aesthetic for the new generation.
In addition to the standout Dark Cherry, the lineup is expected to include Light Blue, Dark Gray, and Silver. The Light Blue is rumored to take inspiration from the “Mist Blue” seen on standard models, while Dark Gray will provide a sleek, near-black alternative to the traditional Silver. Interestingly, the report suggests these Pro models might debut alongside Apple’s long-rumored first foldable iPhone, signaling a massive hardware year for the company.
Despite the four leaked options, experts caution that Apple traditionally sticks to a three-color launch for its Pro series. With mass production yet to begin, there is a possibility that one of these shades—likely one of the blues or grays—could be dropped before the official fall unveiling. For now, tech enthusiasts are eyeing these Pantone-coded leaks as the definitive preview of Apple’s 2026 design direction.
