British actor Louis Partridge, best known for his role in Netflix’s Enola Holmes franchise, has addressed growing speculation about whether he could become the next James Bond. At just 23, the rising Hollywood star continues to attract global attention as fans debate his future in major blockbuster roles following the release of Enola Holmes 3.

The James Bond rumours have been circulating widely online, but Partridge remained measured in his response. Speaking in a recent interview, he neither confirmed nor denied any involvement in the iconic spy franchise, but admitted that the idea of playing Bond would be exciting for any actor.

“I don’t have much to say about it. It definitely would be very exciting and I am a big fan of James Bond, who isn’t? Since I have seen him the first time, I have been really amazed. So let us see,” he said, keeping his response open-ended and cautious.

Alongside the Bond speculation, Partridge also reflected on the pressures of fame at a young age. The actor shared that being constantly in the public eye makes him more self-aware, but he believes that experimentation and failure are essential parts of an actor’s journey.

He explained that while fame can make people overly conscious of their actions, it should not stop them from taking creative risks. According to him, honesty in performance matters more than perfection, and mistakes are an important part of growth in the entertainment industry.

Partridge has recently reprised his role as Viscount Tewkesbury in Enola Holmes 3, continuing his long-running collaboration with Netflix. The actor said returning to the character feels natural and enjoyable, as he is able to add new layers to the role with each installment.

“I don’t think it gets harder. It’s fun and you’re adding layers, bringing yourself and how you’ve changed to the role. I’ve loved returning to this part. It feels very natural to me,” he shared.

The actor also opened up about his close friendship with co-star Millie Bobby Brown, noting that they have grown up together since their teenage years on set. Partridge reflected on how both of their lives have changed significantly since they first met during filming.

He described their bond as one that has evolved over time, saying that although they have both changed as individuals, their on-screen and off-screen chemistry remains familiar and natural whenever they reunite for the franchise.

Louis Partridge began his acting journey as a child, appearing in films such as Pan (2015) and Paddington 2 (2017), before gaining wider recognition in Enola Holmes (2020). He later featured in projects like Pistol, Disclaimer, and House of Guinness, steadily building his reputation as one of Hollywood’s most promising young actors.

As speculation continues about his next big move, fans remain eager to see whether Partridge will step into the world of espionage as cinema’s most famous secret agent.
