The CBI has arrested Manisha Sanjay Havaldar from Pune, alleging she was the source of leaked physics questions in the NEET-UG 2026 paper leak case.

May 22, 2026: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested another key accused in the NEET-UG 2026 paper leak case, identifying her as the alleged source of leaked physics questions. The accused, Manisha Sanjay Havaldar, is currently working at Seth Hiralal Saraf Prashala in Pune, Maharashtra.

According to investigators, Havaldar was involved in the NEET-UG examination process and had been appointed as an expert by the National Testing Agency, which gave her access to the physics question papers. The CBI alleged that she played a crucial role in leaking the physics section of the examination, making her the 11th arrest in the ongoing investigation.

The case continues to deepen as agencies probe multiple layers of the alleged leak network, with officials examining how sensitive examination material was accessed and circulated ahead of the national-level medical entrance test.
