According to preliminary reports, the dispute escalated inside their shared barrack, where Vishnu allegedly attacked Gurjar, leading to his death. Jagan Gurjar was considered one of the state’s most feared dacoits and faced multiple criminal charges, including murder, kidnapping, dacoity, and extortion. He had been lodged under the high-risk prisoner category due to his extensive criminal record.
