A 26-year-old man’s death during a trek at Maharashtra’s Lohagad Fort has taken a dramatic turn after police alleged that the incident was a planned murder rather than an accident. Ketan Vishal Agarwal died on June 19 after falling nearly 350 feet into a gorge while celebrating his fiancée Siya Goyal’s birthday with friends. The couple was reportedly set to marry next month.
A 34-year-old man, identified as Sachin Dagar, was allegedly murdered by his wife and her lover in Naurojpur Gurjar village of Uttar Pradesh’s Baghpat district. According to police, the accused attempted to disguise the crime as a case of pesticide poisoning.
