May 22, 2026: Spiritual leader Raseshwari Devi on World Meditation Day 2026 announced two major initiatives aimed at promoting meditation and spiritual wellness across India. Under the guidance of Braj Gopika Seva Mission, a large Yoga and Meditation Hall with a capacity of over 1,500 people is being constructed near Bhubaneswar in Odisha’s Khurda district. The upcoming centre is expected to host meditation programmes, yogic education sessions, wellness retreats and community activities.
The organisation also announced a week-long meditation camp scheduled to take place in Haridwar from June 11 to June 17, 2026. Around 2,500 participants, including international attendees, are expected to join the event. The camp will include guided meditation sessions, talks on yogic philosophy, wellness workshops and discussions on integrating meditation into everyday life.
