The FIFA World Cup 2026 trophy will make a grand entrance at the tournament final inside a specially crafted Louis Vuitton trunk, continuing a tradition that has become synonymous with football’s biggest stage. FIFA has officially named the French luxury fashion house as the Official Supplier and Branded Licensee for the tournament, with the custom-designed trunk set to transport and showcase the iconic trophy during the championship match at the New York-New Jersey Stadium.

The handcrafted trophy trunk reflects Louis Vuitton’s signature craftsmanship and luxury design. It features the brand’s iconic monogram canvas, hand-painted golden “V” panels symbolising both Victory and Vuitton, gold-plated brass hardware, leather trims, and the label’s signature locks. The interior has been lined with premium light beige leather and includes a specially designed Louis Vuitton-FIFA partnership emblem, highlighting the collaboration between the two global brands.

As part of the final’s official ceremonies, the trophy will be carried onto the pitch inside the bespoke trunk by a Louis Vuitton ambassador alongside a FIFA Legend. The presentation has become one of the most anticipated moments of every FIFA World Cup final since the partnership first began in 2010, adding an element of elegance and prestige to football’s ultimate prize.

Welcoming the continued collaboration, FIFA Chief Business Officer Romy Gai praised Louis Vuitton’s heritage and craftsmanship, saying the luxury brand perfectly complements the prestige of the FIFA World Cup trophy.
