Former Trinamool Congress Rajya Sabha MPs Sushmita Dev, Sukhendu Sekhar Ray and Prakash Chik Baraik joined the Bharatiya Janata Party in Kolkata on Thursday in the presence of West Bengal BJP president Samik Bhattacharya.
BJP president Nitin Nabin will begin a two-day organisational visit to Jammu and Kashmir on Monday to review the party’s activities and strengthen its grassroots network in the Union Territory.
